Welcome to the the blog of  Marine Conservation Philippines. We are an organisation dedicated to preserving marine ressources in the Philippines through education, activism and voluntary efforts. Currently we are in the process of engaging local partners, securing funding, and evaluating locations. We expect to be operational from late 2014. Until then, this site will slowly expand and cover topics of general interest to people interested in marine biology, volunteering in marine conservation and coastal management. As we expect to base our HQ in the Visayas region, our website will also slowly branch out and detail these areas.
